As a part of the curriculum, departments of History, Commerce and Sociology conduct educational tours to severa places every year. Apart from that , several other departments like English, Political Science, Physical Education, NSS and so on conduct educational tours from time to time. Trips to various landmark sites like Gour Malda, Nalanda Biswabidyalaya, Konarok temple Darjeeling Tea Estate, Posupoti Cheese Factory, Icchegaon, Kalimpong, Lepchajogot and so on are organised tours for the students. Educational tour is a way of life in Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya, as the teachers over here believe that such tours complement the knowledge imparted in the classroom. The College partially provide some financial support for these educational tours.

A batch of 6th semester students of the Department of Commerce along with faculty Mr. Sumiran Dey Sarkar visited Mahamaya tea estate factory at Islampur, Uttar dinajpur, for the purpose of their practical Examination which is in their syllabus.
This visit was mainly focused on to understand the procedure and stages involved in the production of tea. Further different topics to different students has be given and asked them to write a paper as an assignment.
A batch of 6th semester students of the Department of Commerce along with faculty Mr. Samiran Dey Sarkar visited Runglee Rungliot Tea estate factory at Runglee, Darjeeling r, for the purpose of their practical Examination which is in their syllabus of 50 Marks. Paper code: SEC-2
This visit was mainly focused on to understand the procedure and stages involved in the production of tea and book keeping Techniques of the factory. Further different topics to different students has been given and asked them to write a paper as an assignment.
Two days educational trip was organised by the Department of Political Science, Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya, Uttar Dinajpur, W.B under the students of B. A (Hons.) final year on 6th and 7th of June, 2024 to visit the Open Border between India and Nepal. Nepal Police check post and Indian SSB check post in the transit point of Pashupati Nagar, and office of non-governmental organisation named Maiti Nepal at 11 A.M. district of Nepal and Darjeeling district of India, West Bengal were place where students did survey. The tour comprised twentysix students of department of Political Science and two faculty of Political Science department namely Dr. Bibas Darjee, Assistant Professor and Sri Bijay Biswas

The department of English, Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya, Dalkhola, Uttar Dinajpur, undertook an Educational Tour for the VI semester English Honours Students to Kurseong and its surrounding on 13th July 2022. The tour was planned to take the students in the midst of nature and provide them a breathtaking view of the Himalayan Range, keeping in mind the opportunities for the students to explore the beauty of nature and immerse themselves in their imagination to nurture creativity and develop their literary sense.
During the Tour students visited these places - Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Museum, Eagle’s Crag View Point, Chimney Heritage Park, Hanuman Statue Kurseong View Point and The Haunted Downhill of Kurseong. They collected valuable information from the museum and chimney heritage park as these places have historical background. They have come across the local language and tried to perceive the local culture after interacting with the people. The purpose of the tour was not only to give them literary information but also to develop their team spirit, confidence and camaraderie.
Faculty members also had a fruitful interactive session with the students. Altogether 30 Students and 5 Teachers from the college participated in the educational tour.
The memorable day of 14 & 15 May, 2024 became a Historic event and that was made by Volunteers of NSS Unit and Faculty members from different departments of Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya, Dalkhola, when they all scaled nearly about 6000 feet Kalimpong mountain range of upper Icchegaon and Lava, Rishop of West Bengal as a part of “NSS Adventure Cum Educational Tour- 2024”. Besides, it was also noticed that all were excited and full of energy to complete the tour with the support and cooperation of Dr. Jayeeta Basu, Principal of Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya. A total of 30 volunteers participated in the camp.
