About the library

Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya Library is quite large with approximately 16000 boooks, including good number of rare and old books. The number of boooks in the library is on the increase owing to further annual purchases, keeping in view the changes brought about in various subjects and the needs of the students.

Some salient features of the Library:

• Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya Library is fully computerised.
• Internet facility is available in the Library.
• Access to INFLIBNET for downloading e-boooks and jouurnal papers, both within campus and outside
• Open access to books available in the Library.

Reprographic facilities:

• Students are allowed to make photocopy of maximum 50 copy per day @ 50 paise of rare books, syllabus and question papers

Departmental Library:

In addition to the general library, every department (except the newly formed departments) has a seminar library. The seminar library has been built up  with the aim of providing easy access of books to students. It contains text and reference books which are often needed by the students and they can borrow these books with permiission from the departmental teachers. The functioning of the seminar library iis determinned by the department conncerned.

Institutional Membership:

Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya is now  an institutional member of the NList. Students and teachers can use the library as institutional member. The website address of NList is www.nlist.co.in
